Beau and Bobby will be traveling to Cuba under a professional research license issue by the Office of Foreign Asset Control branch of the U.S. Department of Treasury (application pending). While there, they will engage with local businessmen, professors, and government officials to study the effects of Raul Castro's 2011 deregulation of private enterprise, which allowed businesses to operate for profit outside of Cuba's socialist regime for the first time in over 50 years.
